Take a beautiful drive through the apple trees of Oak Glen and join us on a walk through the property and facilities. Our tours are by appointment only so we can personally show you all the features and details, answer your questions, and get to know your vision for your wedding day.

Congratulations! You have made a great decision! Now, to secure your date, a non-refundable deposit must be received.
Your deposit is what holds your date! This deposit will be paid toward your HomeStead wedding. Please let us know if it is to be mailed or if you are paying by credit card. We need to receive a signed copy of our Policies & FAQS page with your payment.
We cannot move forward without a signed contract. We must receive this document within 3 weeks of booking or your date will not be held. The following payment schedule (less booking deposit applies:
210 days before event: 1/3 payment due
150 days before event: 1/3 payment due

REHEARSAL and
WALK-THROUGH
This is a big day where we will work together! Join us at our venue to talk through all the ins and outs of your day. You will have time to meet and discuss details with your DJ, florist, caterer, cake-maker and of course, your in-house all-round wedding coordinator. Together you'll discuss the style and feeling, decor, transitions, timing, etc.
In the days before your wedding, bring your partner, your wedding party and essential family members to walk through the ceremony plan. This is also a great time to drop off miscellaneous decorations you want to contribute and guest gifts that you are bringing from home.
With wedding day bags packed, you and your tribesmen will head out to the HomeStead to begin getting ready. Our Cottage and Cabin await both groups. We have a refrigerator, ice and microwave for your snacks and refreshments. While you primp and prepare with your favorite people, our worker-bees will be fluttering around outside, getting everything in picture perfect condition for your big entrance.
*Any last minute additions must be paid 5 days prior to your event date.
